He is the founding partner of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a post graduate in Commerce and Graduate in Law from Bangalore University. He has a Diploma in Systems audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Diploma in International Financial Reporting from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.

He is practicing since 2003. He has rich experience in the field of Auditing and Assurance, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax (GST), Financial Reporting, Company law, Corporate Finance Restructuring & Project Financing, due diligence and valuation services, Entry India Strategies, Start-up Advisory Services etc.
CA AKSHAYA KUMAR MR. B.Com, FCA, DISA(ICAI)
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce and also a Diploma in Systems Audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has rich experience in the field of taxation laws, company law, auditing, corporate finance, Internal audit, quality audit and assurance services, due diligence and valuation services, business process restructure etc.
CA SRIHARSHA K J. B.Com, ACA.
He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and started Professional career with MNC, M/s. RSP Architects, Planners & Engineers Pvt Ltd as Financial head in India, he has also worked in Cafe Coffee Day of M/s. Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company Pvt Ltd for about 6 years. He has also worked with M/s. ABB India Ltd for about 10 years and then with M/s. Gardner Aerospace Bengaluru Pvt Ltd and later took up the CA profession, he has huge and rich experience in handling with national and MNC companies.
